Terms of Service for OnlineImageConvert App

Welcome to OnlineImageConvert! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnlineImageConvert mobile app ("App"), provided by OnlineImageConvert ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

The OnlineImageConvert App provides tools for:

• Converting images between multiple formats
• Viewing J2K/PNM files
• Making PNGs transparent
• Detecting edges in images
• Template matching (including rotated/scaled detection)
• Detecting image anomalies
• Performing OCR (Optical Character Recognition)

All processing is performed on our secure servers. No user data is sent to third-party vendors.

2. User Responsibilities

By using this App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.
• Not upload images that violate copyright, contain illegal content, or are abusive, harassing, or obscene.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.

You remain solely responsible for the content you upload to the App.

3. Temporary File Retention

• All uploaded images and processed results are automatically deleted within 1 hour after upload.
• We do not retain, reuse, or analyze your images beyond the scope of the requested processing.

4. Intellectual Property

All code, user interface elements, and service logic of OnlineImageConvert are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain full ownership of the images you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use automated tools to access or disrupt the App.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access and reporting to authorities.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties, express or implied, about:

• The accuracy or completeness of the processed results
• The App being free from errors or interruptions
• Fitness for a particular purpose

Use the App at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business interruption
• Claims arising from user-uploaded content or reliance on app output

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

9. Modifications to the App and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
